The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Make Ready Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Make Ready Forum” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Make Ready Forum” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

1) Considering the real-time nature of PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forums bulletin board, it is impossible for the administrators and moderators to continually review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any messages. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the bulletin board or any entity associated with the bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by E-mail at info@panteaoproductions.com. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
2) You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forums to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
3) The Forum Staff agree to abide by the same rules as set forth for the Forum Members. In the event a staff member exceeds his authority or does not abide by the Forum Policy, a forum member may bring it to the attention of a Forum Administrator.
4) You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless prior permission has been obtained from the copyright holder or the copyright is owned by you or by PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum. The acceptable protocol, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (http://www.gseis.ucla.edu/iclp/dmca1.htm) is to "excerpt and link" to the source material. If you are the copyright holder or approval from the copyright holder is obtained, you will note that within your post.
5) When referring to articles, stories, or other online content from another site, you agree not to post the entire content. Instead, you can post a small portion of the content along with a link to the source ("excerpt and link"). When in doubt contact an administrator or moderator. Any link to offsite content which is of an objectionable nature must be rated. Consider what your mother would think when determining whether a rating is needed.
6) When posting images on the forum, it is acceptable to post images that are coming from one of the following sources: direct link to your personal computer or server, uploaded from your computer or server to the PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum, linked to your personal account from an image provider (i.e. Photo Bucket), or linked to a source on the PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum servers. It is not acceptable to link to an image on another site without the permission of the site owner. Doing so is a theft of bandwidth and a violation of another company or person’s intellectual property. For more information on this you can refer to the Digital Millenium Act of 1998. If permission is obtained from the site owner, a footnote must be included with your post that states the approval.
7) When posting a link to an image, video, or sound file from another site, PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum Policies still apply to the offsite content. It is the discretion of the Forum Administrators and Moderators to remove links if they are considered to be questionable in content or violate Forum Policies.
8) When a post is made on the forum, you have approximately 60 minutes to edit or amend the post. After that time the post can only be edited or amended by a forum staff member. Once a post is made to the forum or an image is uploaded to the site, the forum member making the post or uploading an image is granting PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum the right to display said content for the sole purpose of being used within the forum. It is upon the discretion of the forum administrators to edit or remove posts or images at a later time.
9) You may not use a false E-mail address or impersonate any person or entity.
10) We will not tolerate spamming, trolling, flaming or other personal attacks.
11) You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum, forum administrators and moderators, the makers of the bulletin board software, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
12) As a user you agree to any information you have entered being stored in our database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent PANTEAO PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND MAKE READY Forum, the webmaster, administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
13) We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. The IP addresses of all posts are recorded for this purpose.
14) Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on the bulletin board. Private items for sale or trade may be posted in the Classifieds Forum. Commercial posting in the Classified Forum is prohibited.
15) The forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. Your E-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
16) The Forum Administrator and Forum Owner, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to revoke membership to the Forum, thus revoking your registration with the Forum.
